Get in the Thanksgiving spirit with a turkey feather relay! This active group game encourages balance and hand-eye coordination in a seasonally themed activity.

Supplies

• Feather (1 per team)
• Spoon (1 per team)
• 4 cones​​

How to play Turkey Feather Relay

Set up the cones in a rectangle. Split the kiddos into two groups.  Have each group or team line up behind one another in front of a cone.

Give the first player from each team a feather and a spoon. Explain that the object of this game is to have each team member walk with the feather balanced on the spoon down around the other cone and back.  They will then hand off the feather and the spoon to the next person until everyone has made it down and back.

If the feather falls off of the spoon the child has to pick it up and yell, “Gobble Gobble” The first team to get all of their team members down and back is named the winners.
